A police team from Kerala today inquired with Sayan, an alleged co-conspirator in the break-in and murder of a
security guard in Kodanadu bungalow and undergoing treatment in a private hospital, here.

Since Tamil Nadu police has been given strict instructions to not to inquire about the robbery and murder, the team inquired only about the accident near Thrissur on April 28, police sources said.

The same day, the key accused and conspirator, Kanagraj was killed in another accident in Salem district, raising doubts about the incident. Wife and daughter of Sayan were killed in the accident.

Sayan reportedly told police that the accident was the result of sleeplessness, they said.
