Known to celebrate festivals and special occasions with a lot of enthusiasm, the Brookefields Mall celebrated Diwali this year with a lot of fanfare. This was Brookefields’ fifth Diwali, and part of the celebrations was their Blockbuster Diwali 2015 contest. “Brookefields is happy to organize this event for the fifth consecutive year. Our management is keen to make Brookefields a great shoppers’ paradise, where shopping will be truly an enjoyable experience. The logo, ‘Seek, Find, Enjoy,’ says it all,” said Mr. Ashwin Balasubramaniam, COO, Brookefields.

Shoppers who made purchases of Rs.5000 and above during weekdays or Rs.15000 and above during weekends at Brookefields Mall between September 30 and November 20 were eligible to participate in the contest. All participants received gift hampers from Brookefields.

Brookefields Mall recently organized a special event to distribute the prizes to all the winners of the Blockbuster Diwali 2015 contest. V. Gunasekaran from Tirupur won the bumper prize of Hyundai EON D-Lite (S), sponsored by Supreme Paradise. Tamilselvi won Honda CD 110 Bike from Chandra Honda. James and Thamizhinam won exercise equipment from Welcare; and Srinivasan won the premium LG G3 phone from Supreme Paradise.

Apart from this, the mall organized several contests for the entire family. There was ‘Brookefields Devalokam,’ a fancy dress contest on Hindu Mythology for kids; and cooking contest for senior citizens called ‘Nanna Naani Kitchen Delights.’ Winners of the contests were given Brookefields gift hampers and cash prizes.
