Coimbatore : The MBA programme offered by PSGR Krishnammal College for Women through GRG School of Management Studies has now been internationally accredited by the Accrediting Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), USA.

“GRGSMS is the first and only ‘for women’ institution in South Asia to get international accreditation by ACBSP, USA”, a college release said Friday.

GRG School of Management Studies became a candidate for ACBSP accreditation in 2015 and Self Study Report was submitted in December 2018 and a peer team nominated by ACBSP visited the campus for evaluation.

As a result of the visit, the evaluating team submitted its report to the Board of Commissioners in April 2019 who commended the superior quality of the report and granted an unconditional 10-year accreditation to the MBA.
