Miss India International 2015, Supriya Aiman, will be the brand ambassador for the 2016 edition of the Coimbatore Fashion Week, scheduled to take place from September 16 to 18. About 15 female models and five male models will walk the ramp this season.

“I’m very excited to be the face of the Coimbatore Fashion Week. I started my career as a model with Storm Fashion Company. Working with them for every show is like a homecoming experience,” said 21-year-old Supriya, during a press meet in Coimbatore today.

Artemis Volvo has joined hands with Storm Fashion Company to host the third edition of the Coimbatore Fashion Week. The three-day fashion extravaganza will have five designers showcase their collection. Speaking to the media, Gaurav Sharma said, “Manoviraj Khosla, Hari Anand, Sanjana Jon, Sakshi Bindra, and Nazia Syed are the designers participating in this edition. Plus, a local apparel company will be showing their collections too. The last two editions of Coimbatore Fashion Week were two day events. However, this edition is a three-day event, which is on par with the shows in other cities.”

“The event will provide a platform to bring together the textile arts and trends from across the country, and promises to wow the fashion-conscious in Coimbatore. Hotel Residency Towers has been the official host partner of the Coimbatore Fashion Week since its inception. We are proud to host this annual calendar event,” Erin Louis, General Manager, Residency Towers, said.
