We have heard of many instances where people cannot find their way to the various world records because they do not have the funds or they lack the knowledge of the procedures and paper work involved. Such people need not lose heart. Those who are blessed with unique talent can now display their ability and skills to the rest of the world through the Online World Records platform.
This initiative was started with the intention to bring to light the unique talent or ability that people possess. Online World Records is run by Dr. C V Jayanthy, President of Manushi Yoga Research Foundation (MYRF).
As per the procedure, the individual who wishes to make an attempt to enter the Online World Record is required to fill up an online application form providing personal information and description of the record proposed. As part of the procedure, the applicant is also required to record a video of the record to be created or broken and share the link of the same. After scrutinising the entry and verifying its facts, the founders and directors of Online World Records will issue an official statement qualifying the record as an official Online World Record.
“On our website, we have our record gallery link where we will share proof of the record along with a description. We have shared a record holder’s collection of the largest number of East India Company Coins. We also have an international artiste who has created a record for performing for 101 hours, 59 min and 15 sec at a cafe’ in Italy among other such achievements,” Amrutha Anand, Co-Founder, Online World Records, says.
