Coimbatore : Days before the Lok Sabha polls, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Founder, Isha Foundation, urged the people of the State to look beyond caste, religion and money and make a responsible and informed choice while casting their ballot.

As citizens with the power of choosing a leader we must discharge this duty with care and responsibility, Sadhguru said in a video message.

“We must understand that the future of the nation, the development of the nation and the future of our next generation is in our hands,” he said adding that citizens must vote for the candidate they believe will work for the development of the country.

“Look beyond caste, religion and money while voting”, he said.

Sadhguru, currently in America, will cut short his visit for a day on April 18 to cast his ballot and will leave soon to fulfill commitments in Europe and America.

Over the past few months, Sadhguru has spoken more often about the democratic process and has been urging all eligible citizens to vote in the upcoming elections.
