Airtel, the domestic telecom operator, has introduced ‘Airtel Home’ which allows its customers to bundle their multiple Airtel connections such as broadband, postpaid, digital TV into a single account. The digital quad-play platform is designed to simplify customer experience for households that use multiple Airtel services.

With Airtel Home, customers can bundle their home broadband fixed line along with postpaid mobile and digital TV as a single account with a unified interface on My Airtel App. The facility provides users with a single bill for all Airtel services and reduces the hassle of making multiple payments across multiple bill cycles for different Airtel connections within the family.

The advantage of Airtel Home is that users no longer need to remember multiple payment dates, and the facility allows users to add Airtel connections from any location within the country. Additional features include premium customer care support for customers subscribed to Airtel Home and discounts of up to 10 per cent on the unified bill.

The feature is currently available as a beta version for Airtel Home broadband users in Hyderabad, and the company plans to roll out to users across India over the next few weeks.

Here’s how to bundle your different Airtel connections into a single Airtel Home

1. Customers need to first download the My Airtel app and click on the Airtel Home banner. The app is available on both Google Play Store and Apple Play store.

2. Validate the added accounts and agree to pay the unified bill of all the accounts.

3. Airtel Home is then created. Customers can manage their accounts on the My Airtel app

4. Customers will get one bill and can be paid on the ap itself. Users will receive the summary and individual connection wise bills.

George Mathen, CEO – Homes, Bharti Airtel said, “Airtel Home is yet another industry first from Airtel and is designed to truly simplify the customer journey. A key feedback we received from customers who use different services from Airtel was, why can’t they have a single bill for everything as managing multiple payment dates is a very cumbersome process. Keeping in mind this feedback, we have launched the Airtel Home platform that is not just convenient but also brings more value to our customers. Further, Airtel is India’s only integrated telecommunications service provider, hence we are uniquely positioned to bring together all our services onto a single digital platform.”
