Xiaomi on Thursday launched seven new smart home products including the Mi Band 3, Mi Air Purifier, Mi Luggage, Mi Home security camera 360-degree, Mi TV 4 Pro 55-inch, Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch and Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch. The Mi Band 3 and the Mi Air Purifier are launched at a price tag of Rs 1,999 and Rs 8,999 respectively. Both the products will be available in India starting tomorrow, September 27.

The Mi Luggage and Mi Home security camera 360-degree have been launched for a starting price of 2,999 and Rs 2,699 and will be available for buying starting October 10. The Mi TV 4 Pro 55-inch has been launched for Rs 49,999, the Mi LED TV 4A Pro 49-inch for Rs 29,999 and the Mi TV 4C Pro 32-inch for Rs 14,999. Mi Band 3

Xiaomi claims that it is the No.1 wearable brand in the country today. As for Q2, the Mi Band 2 and Mi Band HRX Edition together have gained a 45.8 per cent market share, the company announces. Xiaomi extends its Mi Band series in India with a brand new fitness band called the Mi Band 3. This is the fourth fitness band that the company has launched in India following the Mi Band, Mi Band 2 and Mi Band HRX Edition, which was launched last year. Xiaomi Mi Band 3 has been launched at a price tag of Rs 1,999. The Mi Band 3 will go on sale in India at 12 noon on September 28 via Mi.com and Amazon India store. Xiaomi has also confirmed that the Mi Band 3 will be available across Mi Home and other offline partners very soon.

The Mi Band 3 comes with a much larger screen of 0.78 OLED screen and 193ppi touchscreen display compared to the Mi Band 2. Just like the Band 2, the Mi Band 3 is also capable of receiving notifications, but what’s new is that Band 3 will also let users read messages in the band’s screen. The Mi Band 3 also shows a 3-day long weather forecast and comes with a unique 2.5D curved design. It also comes packed with a touch button that allows users to decline calls when they are busy.

The Mi Band, just like Mi Band 2 comes with hypoallergenic durable silicone strap and weighs 20 grams which makes it light enough to wear the Band for the entire day with ease. The Mi Band 3 comes in three colours — orange, blue and black.

The Mi Band 3 comes with a water-resistant feature of up to 50m. Xiaomi claims that the users can wear the Mi Band 3 and go swimming. The Mi Band 3 comes with a lot of new offerings like stopwatch feature, find your phone feature, alarm, among others. The Mi Band 3 comes with 110mAh battery which is 60 per cent larger than the Mi Band 2 battery. The smart Band offers up to 20 days battery life, which Xiaomi says is the USP of the fitness band. The Mi Band 3 allows users to measure heart rate, speed tracking, track sleep patterns and all of it can be done via Mi fit app. The Mi Band 3 also comes with a periodic heart rate timer.

Mi Air Purifier 2S

Xiaomi has launched the Mi Air Purifier 2S for Rs 8,999. The Air purifier will be available for buying in India starting tomorrow, September 28, 12 noon on Mi.com, Flipkart and Amazon.in. The USP of the Mi Air Purifier 2S comes integrated with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The Mi Air Purifier 2S comes with an all-new OLED digital display, more precise air purification, and smarter home integration.

The Air purifier comes with an ultra-clear OLED digital display which will let users check real-time air quality, temperature, humidity, and Wi-Fi connection at a glance. Xiaomi claims that the Mi Air Purifier 2S understands the surroundings better. The OLED display automatically adjusts brightness according to ambient light depending on the surrounding lights. The Mi Air Purifier 2S comes with the high precision laser sensor and 360° triple-layer filter which removes fine PM2.5 and other micron sized particles like harmful bacteria and formaldehyde effectively from the surroundings. The Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) 310 cubic meters/hour brings a cleaning range of 226 – 398 sq. ft to the Mi Air Purifier 2S. The Air purifier can be controlled from anywhere using the Mi Home app.

Mi Luggage

Xiaomi has launched Mi Luggage in two sizes – 20-inch and 24-inch for Rs 2,999 and Rs 4,299. The Mi Luggage will be available in India starting October 10 at 12noon on Mi.com, Amazon India, and Flipkart. The Mi Luggage is made from scratch-resistant Bayer Makrolon polycarbonate which is the same material found in high-end automotive and sports equipment. The Mi Luggage also comes with a 360-degree rotation wheels which are easy and smooth to carry everywhere one goes. The Mi Luggage 20 inch is available in three colours including — Red, Grey, and Blue, while the 24-inch luggage comes in two colours — Grey and Blue.

Mi Home security camera 360-degree

For better security, Xiaomi has launched Mi Home security camera 360-degree in India for Rs 2,699. The security camera will be available in India for the first time on Oct 10 on Mi.com, Amazon India, and Flipkart. It will soon be available across Mi Home and other offline partner stores. The new Mi Home security camera 360-degree comes with Ai motion detection which can move the camera in all directions and record up to 10 sec videos automatically when movements or changes are detected.

The Mi Home security camera also comes with night time recording, meaning it can record videos inside a dark room, thanks to the 10 infrared illuminators packed inside it which help keep the image quality crystal clear even in dark. The Mi Home security camera can record 1080p HD videos, and also supports up to 64GB expandable storage. The camera can be controlled via Mi Home app.
