Gandhis and Vadras are family package of corruption, says Smriti Irani

Launching a scathing attack on the Congress, Union minister Smriti Irani on Wednesday said Gandhis and Vadras were the “family package of corruption”.
Smriti Irani cited a media report and said documents, showing transactions between Rahul Gandhi and H L Pahawan, are now in public domain.
“These facts put out by media in the past 24 hours have indicated how Gandhi-Vadra family has defined paarivarik bhrashtachar,” Smriti Irani during a press conference on Wednesday.
She claimed that these seized documents revealed that Robert Vadra was just a part of the whole land scam.
The Union minister said the new facts which have come to the fore “clearly establish” a relationship between Rahul Gandhi and arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari.
As she called Rahul Gandhi a roadblock for the Congress, Smriti Irani said, “Rahul Gandhi is the real face of corruption. He should explain this by calling a press briefing and also clarify his connection with Sanjay Bhandari.”
Hitting out at the Congress, Smriti Irani said Congress has given only corruption to the country in the last 70 years.
“The Gandhi and Vadra family have exploited this country,” the Union minister said.
