With eights hits to his credit, Varun Dhawan has become one of the most bankable actors. In a career spanning over 6 years, Varun hasn’t had a single flop. In fact, 8 out of his 10 films have crossed the Rs 100-crore mark. Striking a perfect balance between masala films and off-beat outings, Varun has proved his acting mettle in Bollywood.

After getting rave reviews for October, the 30-year-old actor has signed a dance film with Remo D’Souza. It was only last month that Remo made the official announcement, and fans can’t wait to see Varun match steps with Katrina Kaif in the film.

And if a report in DNA is to be believed, Varun will be paid a whopping Rs 32 crore for the film.

“Varun has been lapped up for a staggering price for the dance film in which he teams up with Katrina Kaif. He will reportedly be paid Rs 32 cr,” a source told the daily.

However, the same report suggests that Katrina will be paid only Rs 7 crore for this film, while Remo D’Souza is charging a fee of Rs. 12 crores.

The film, which is being planned in 4D format, is set to push the envelope as far as dance films in Bollywood are concerned.

The dance film is set to go on floors some time this year.
