About 50 candidates, who are contesting in 10 constituencies during the upcoming state assembly elections on May 16, have voluntarily come forward to take the ethical voting pledge, after filing their nominations.

According to official sources, the pledge was devised as part of various measures and campaigns for Ethical Voting by the administration.

The candidates have come forward and taken up the ethical voting pledge soon after filing their nominations in various constituencies today.
