Tourist arrival expected to cross 30 lakh

The Tamil Nadu government has sanctioned Rs.10 crores to develop tourist spots under the Vision 2023 plan.
Disclosing this to reporters here at the end of the annual flower show, Tourism Minister Vellamadi Natarjan said tourist arrival to the State was expected to cross 30 lakhs this year.

Meanwhile the revenue through the three-day show crossed Rs. 36 lakhs that included entry fee and fee for cameras. More than 1.25 people visited the show.
