For the last 22 years, Naturopath and yoga consultant Dr. Neetu Jain has been involved in spreading awareness among the people about the importance of living a healthy and happy life. The Bengaluru-based health and fitness enthusiast is also the founder member of Prajna Institute of Yogic and Allied Sciences (PIYAS). The trainers associated with institute conduct courses for awakening of ‘inner potential’ and experiencing ‘joy of conscious living.’

Recently, Dr Jain was in Coimbatore to host an introductory programme on yoga and wellness.

“PIYAS has the uniqueness in making person independent in all his/her health aspects. It is a centre which has blended the ancient wisdom with modern science, to provide the best treatment for the people who are in need of it, through its unique programmes that are totally free from any side effects,” Dr Jain said.

PIYAS has its information and active centres all over India. At the active centres, nature cure for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), stress management therapies, acupuncture treatment, and physiotherapy are offered.
