Trinity started off as three medical professionals’ vision to offer advanced eye care solutions available anywhere in the world to Kerala. Promoted by the Chairman, Dr A.K. Sreedharan, FRSH (London), FICS (USA), MS, MBBS: And impeccably supported by Dr. Sunil Sreedhar, Managing Director &CEO, MCh (UK), MS, MBBS and Dr. Mridula Sunil, Chief Medical Director, FICO, FRCS (Glasgow), FRCS (Edin), Fellow (LVPEI), DNB (Ophthalmology), MBBS, Trinity Super Speciality Eye Hospital from strength to strength.

The hospital team will treat elderly people at their homes within 25km radius besides will distribute free specs to 500 govt. school children under 14 every month as a service initiative. In addition, free eye checkup camps will be conducted in rural areas. Also, the hospital will soon establish eye bank in Coimbatore.

It is a must for diabetes patients to make it a point to test their vision once in six months. Diabetic Retinopathy disease will result in complete vision loss even without any symptoms. The specialists at Trinity Eye Hospital will extend speedy treatment of the ailment in the initial stage itself through various procedures.

Kollywood actress Radhika Sarathkumar will inaugurate the eye hospital with the Trinity Eye Hospital chairman Dr A K Sreedharan will preside over the event. The hospital will be headed by Medical Director and specialist in cornea, cataract and refractive surgery Mohammed Sabaj. Others who were present at the press briefing included hospital vice chairman (administration) Johnson Vijay Mathew, Chief Administrative Officer Jasmin and Chief Operations Officer Gunaseelan Pillai.
