Fastest HD movie app launched in Coimbatore

Fastfilmz, a Bengaluru and London based start-up, has launched the world’s fastest HD movie app at an event organised for movie fans in Coimbatore.
With over 150 plus hit HD Tamil movies, Fastfilmz gives unlimited downloads and lowest data consumption for as little as Rs.30 a month, the company’s press release said.
Part of the launch was the ‘Be a Hero’ event held at KG Cinemas today, featuring a complete movie set with a special hero chair, make-up artist, umbrella, clapper board, lights, and music. The dramatic movie-style backdrop included an explosion and a 1000cc sports bike, for fans to pose and get their pictures and videos taken.
Fastfilmz also had a free Wi-Fi zone, where people could download the app from Google Play. In order to resolve the high data consumption issue, Fastfilmz has entered into an exclusive partnership with V-Nova for its PERSEUS™ Technology, the world’s fastest video compression technology.
