Karthi’s Crazy Dance Company, located on Avinashi Road, is inviting school kids and college goers to register for its summer art summer camp. The camp will train its participants in the various art forms like dance, music, drawing, singing and karate. All the courses will be taught by professionals.

Crazy Dance Company also has plans of organizing a dance workshop for those who are interested in learning the various hip-hop and contemporary dance forms. Karthi also has plans to invite a professional based out of Bengaluru, and Karthik of ‘Ungalil Yaar Prabhu Deva 2,’ to conduct the workshop.

The dance school will follow a course timetable. By the end of the camp, participants would have mastered the basics of the various art forms.

Crazy Dance Company was founded four years back in Coimbatore city and has students as young as three-years old. “I teach hip-hop and contemporary among various other dance styles and my students include kids to school children to college goers and even young parents,” C. Karthikeyan says.

At the school, students are taught hip hop, contemporary, basic, free style and folk dance styles. Dance forms can be customized for competitions and function. Karthi choreographs dance shows too.

Recently, Karthi’s Crazy Dance Company organized their second annual day. There were eight performances in all by the seniors and junior students of the dance school.

Dance classes are conducted every day between 4:30 pm and 10:00 pm.
