Jasmine Tea Flavoured Tomato Soup Recipe


Ingredients Of Jasmine Tea Flavoured Tomato Soup

1 Litre tomato juice
400 ml infused jasmine tea
20 gms ginger
5 gms green chili
20 gms basil leaves
10 gms salt
10 gms black pepper
10 gms fried leeks
to fry olive oil
5 ml sesame oil
5 gms tomato powder
5 gms garlic powder
5 gms onion powder
10 gms sugar
2 gms truffle powder
4 nos garlic toast
as required dry ice
5 ml tabasco

How to Make Jasmine Tea Flavoured Tomato Soup

1.In a sauce pan add tomato juice, ginger, green chili and boil for 5 minutes and then simmer for 10 minutes

2.In a separate pan boil the water and add the jasmine leaves for 10 minutes for the release of flavors and then strain it.

3.Add basil leaves, jasmine tea, seasoning and boil for another 5 minutes and strain.

4.Cut the leeks into fine julienne and fry till crispy at 180 degree for 3 to 4 mins and then put on a tissue paper to blot the oil.

5.Put back the soup in a pot.

6.Make truffle powder with truffle oil and malto dextrin.

7.Serve along with garlic toast n leeks.
