Man sets himself on fire

A 65-year old man committed suicide by setting himself ablaze near his house in Singanallur in the city.
Rangasamy, a daily wage earner, poured kerosene all over his body and set himself on fire in the wee hours of today, to the shock of the family members.
Some of the family members managed to put off the fire and admitted him to the
Government Hospital. However, Rangasamy succumbed to his injuries. Further investigations are on, police said.
