One killed, 15 injured in bus accident

One person was killed and 15 others were injured when the bus in which they were travelling fell sideways near Palladam in Tirupur district. The bus driver was trying to negotiate a curve when the accident occurred.
According to reports, the government bus, which was headed towards the city, fell on its side while negotiating a curve at Panapalayam. One passenger, named Kumar, was killed on the spot.
The injured passengers have been rushed to various nearby government and privates hospitals.
