The fate of the Tamil Nadu Government will depend on the decision taken by group of MLAs headed by AIADMK Deputy General Secretary T.T.V. Dinakaran, Viduthalai Chiruthaigal Katchi founder-president, Thol. Thirumavalavan said today.

Though the two factions have officially merged, the unity and discipline will be a question mark now, Thirumalvalavan told reporters at the City airport.

Besides, there will be all the possibility of a splinter group emerging from within, leading to another political confusion, he said, adding that modalities and formalities might have been settled before the merger and formation of the new ministry.

However, the fate of the Government will depend on the decision taken by the MLAs owing allegiance to Dinakaran, he pointed out.

He replied as right the message of actor Kamal Hassan on twitter that people of Tamil Nadu are being fooled.
On the controversy over former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa’s house Veda Nilayam being converted into a memorial, Thirumavalavan said “if she had written a will, then it will create a problem”.

Asked about the last minute cancellation of BJP chief Amit Shah’s visit to Tamil Nadu, he said there could be some political reasons behind it.
