Miscreants stab hairdresser

Unidentified persons stabbed a hairdresser at Veerapandipirvu here on Saturday night.
According to police, V. Nagaraj, who runs a hairdressing saloon, was about to get into his car that was parked behind his shop, when three miscreants stabbed him. Hearing Nagaraj’s screams, neighbours rushed to the spot.
Seeing them, the three escaped in a two-wheeler.
Nagaraj was taken to Ganga Hospital with injuries on his back and right hip. Doctors said his condition was stable.
A case has been registered and investigations are on.
