Thulasidharan is new Cotton Federation chief

J. Thulasidharan has been elected as President of Indian Cotton Federation (ICF) for the year 2017-18.
P Nataraj and K.N. Vishwanathan were elected as Vice-Presidents of the federation at the 38th Annual General Meeting held here on Sunday.
Atul P. Asher was elected Honorary Secretary for one year, an ICF release said today.
