If you are looking to enjoy some great food at a beautiful location, you can consider visiting Clarion by Choice Hotel, Coimbatore. Located on the outskirts, this hotel is known to surprise its guests with a unique and creative food festival month after month.

This time the hotel is playing perfect host to the dosa and parantha food festival. This food festival is a celebration of several vegetarian and non-vegetarian options of dosas and paranthas. They have been made a part of the regular dinner buffet that is served on all days in their 24 hour restaurant Bytes 24×7. This festival is on from 25 September till 11 October.

“Last month we had the Flavours of India food festival. We did not serve dosas or paranthas. This time as if to compensate what we missed out last time, we have a food festival that is dedicated to dosas and paranthas. We are offering our guests a variety of options of the two,” Rafiq Ahmed, General Manager, Hotel Clarion, says.

At the food festival one can expect about a dozen varieties to be served. There is Kothukari Dosa, Tandoori Sutta Kozhi Dosa, Masala Muttai Kalaki Dosa, Konar Dosa and Vaan Kozhi Malli Dosa. There are three varieties of chutneys served with the dosas along with sambar on all days. And, there are the chocolate dosa and cheese dosa, made on order for the kids.

Among the variety of paranthas there is Kothu, Chicken Tikka, Keema, Omelette, Ceylon Muttai, Malabar, Virudhunagar, Wheat, Paneer Kothu and Bun Parantha. “Guests can enjoy the paranthas with various curry and gravy that are a part of the dinner buffet,” Arul S, Executive Chef, Clarion Hotel, says.

The buffet is priced at Rs. 900 and dinner is served at Bytes 24×7 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Call 0422-4523030 for details.
