Church has always maintained good relationship with NDA: Bishop

Kochi: Bishop Mar Mathew Kalarickkal of Kanjirappally Archdiocese has said that the church is not averse to any party.
The church considered BJP as any other party, he said in the wake of Alphons Kannanthanam becoming Union Minister.
He said the church has maintained good ties with NDA government in the past.
Alphons becoming a Minister should not be misinterpreted as a move to woo Christians. He became a Minister as he was talented, Alfons said.
