Following ethical policies should be the main objective for any consultancy services, said C.N. Srivatsan, founder of Astral Consulting Limited here on Friday.

Speaking to media persons on the sidelines of the company’s silver jubilee function, he said the company was started by two people in a single room, placing country’s interest over the client’s. Now, the company has spread its wings in 40 locations, including 13 locations in foreign countries.

He said that Astral;s success was also because of the new initiatives being taken ever since its launch. The company is now offering 70 plus services under a single window for the benefit of their customers.

Srivatsan also said that they have 120 clients across India and their success rate was pegged at 80 to 85 per cent. “It is all possible because of holding direct meetings with clients and reviewing results every month to enhance performance,”he said.
