Change of command at 5 BRD Air Force Station

Air Commodore VK Garg today took over the Command of 5 Base Repair Depot at Air Force Station, Sulur, here. The charge taking-over from Air Commodore GSPN Chowdary was held at an impressive ceremonial parade comprising all Air Warriors of the depot.
Prior to his new assignment, Garg held the post of Command Engineering Officer at Headquarters Central Air Command, Allahabad, an official statement said.Garg has also served at Air Head Quarters and various premier bases of the Indian Air Force and held key portfolios.His wife Ritu took over the reins of Air Force Wives Welfare Association, 5 BRD AF from Group Captain T Lalitha.
