TN Governor enjoys elephant safari in Mudumalai

Ooty : Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit today had an elephant ride in Mudumalai Natijonal Park in Nilgiris District.

Duiring his three-day visit to the district, Purohit had inaugurated the 123rd editijon of the Annual Flower Show yesterday in Government Botanical Gardens being held as part of the summer festival.

Mr Purohit this morning visited the national park and wildlife sanctuary in Mudumalai Tiger Resrve

He also enjoyed an elephant safari, a major tourist attraction in the park.

There was tight security arrangements during the visit, with District Collector and SP accompanying the Governor.
