Man arrested for selling liquor

A 28-year old man who was arrested for possessing liquor bottles was later released on bail here on Sunday.
According to sources, the R.S. Puram police arrested M. Pandi from Madurai for illegally possessing five Indian made foreign liquor bottles and selling them at higher rate near Marudamalai road.
He was immediately remanded. However, he was released on bail the same day after being produced in the court.
