Udhagamandalam: The prestigious Defence Services Staff College (DSSC) at Wellington near here today honoured its defence and civilian personnel who had died in harness.
A strikingly designed Smriti Sthal was inaugurated by the Commandant , DSSC Lt Gen S.Mohan.
An impressive wreath laying ceremony formed part of the occasion.
