Anoushka, Hema Malini to perform at Kerala cultural festival

Internationally acclaimed artistes in their respective fields will perform at the seven-day cultural festival ‘Nishagandhi’ being held at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, as part of tourism promotion.
The annual festival will kick off on January 20, with classical sitar concert by Anoushka Shankar, at open air theatre at Kanakakunnu Palace grounds, Tourist Information Officer, Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala, P. Muraleedharan said.
Tabla maestro, Ustad Zakir Hussain and actor-dancer Hema Malini will also perform at the festival.
The festival, organised by the Kerala Tourism, is open to the public.
