Woman rider killed in fatal accident

A woman in her late 20s was killed when she came under the wheels of a cargo van at Ramanathapuram today.
Suganthi, wife of Gunasekaran, was a resident of Irugur. She was coming to the city on her moped when it slightly grazed a van that was moving in the same direction. She lost her balance and fell down, coming right under the wheels of the van. She died on the spot.
Police retrieved the body and sent it for post mortem.
