Rufus Kingsley, a youth from Coimbatore who considers music close to his heart, has created a video in order to raise funds for the flood victims. The nearly four-and-a-half-minute long video that is produced under the Trinity Mirror banner, is titled ‘Nalla ullamae,’ is just two weeks old, and has already garnered nearly 1,500 views on YouTube.

When Chennai, Cuddalore, and other parts of Tamil Nadu were drowning in rain waters, humanity surfaced. Several heart-warming stories of selflessness emerged. There were people who went out of their way to help strangers who were in crisis. Even after the rains stopped, NGOs and several hospitals, medical professionals, and individuals helped in the rescue and rehabilitation operations.

All these motivated Rufus to do his bit for the victims of the recent flood and what better way but music, he asks.

“This video is dedicated to each and everyone who has been directly or indirectly affected by the recent floods. This video has lyrics in Tamil and it will be officially released on a private music channel this weekend,” Rufus Kingsley, MD of Trinity Media, Coimbatore, says.

The video is already being shared on various social media platforms. Post its official launch, Rufus will start donating funds for the victims of the recent floods (from his own pocket) matching the number of likes and shares the video receives online.
