Cops participate in traffic awareness campaign

The traffic wing of the Coimbatore City Police participated in spreading traffic awareness among general public here today, as a part of the traffic awareness week celebrations.
Police personnel distributed handouts and stickers carrying slogans and traffic awareness messages to vehicles-owners in various places in the city, including Gandhipuram, Ganapathy, Women’s Polytechnic, VOC Park, Town Hall, Cross Cut Road, Lakshmi Mills, and Ukkadam.
They will also be conducting a traffic awareness rally starting from Women’s Polytechnic to VOC Park grounds on Friday to spread awareness.
