Job fair: More than 10,000 candidates to get appointments

Post the Government-sponsored private job fair in Coimbatore, more than 5,000 candidates are being interviewed by companies so as to finalise appointments, Minister for Rural Development and Municipal Administration S.P. Velumani said here on Sunday.
Distributing appointment orders to candidates who had passed in the final interview round that was held by the companies, the Minister said that candidates who were given selection appointment orders were being assessed by the companies so as to be appointed.
“All the 10,155 candidates who received selection orders will be given opportunities and appointed soon,” he said.
He further greeted those who received appointment orders on behalf of Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. As many as 213 persons received appointment orders today.
