EB payment facility as part of e-governance

Now EB bills are a part of e-governance centres in the district and a release from the District Collector Archana Patnaik stated that people can pay their bills in cash in the centres between 9.45 pm and 2.00 pm on all days except Sundays.
“An additional charge of ₹10 will be received as service charges below ₹1000; ₹20 for between ₹1001 and 3000; ₹30 for charges between ₹3001 and ₹5000; ₹40 for charges between ₹5001 and ₹10000 and ₹50 for charges above ₹10000,” the release added.
