District Collector holds all-party meeting to discuss poll process

The Coimbatore district administration today convened an all parties meeting following the implementation of the election code of conduct.
District collector Archana Patnaik detailed the poll process to be followed during the campaign and also about the rules and regulations that the graffitis and posters are supposed to adhere to, and requested the cooperation of the parties for smooth conduct of the elections.
The meeting was attended by the local leaders of the major political parties, city Police Commissioner A Amalraj, Superintendent of Police, Ramya Bharathi; and other senior district and police officials.
