55-year-old found dead under mysterious circumstances

The Coimbatore District Police on Sunday retrieved the body of a 55-year-old man near K.G. Chavadi. Police suspect that the man had consumed poison mixed with liquor.
According to the cops, locals of Ettimadai near K.G. Chavadi saw the body of a 55-year-old man near a bakery on Sunday, and alerted the Police. Retrieving the body, the police at K.G. Chavadi found out that the man was H. Mohammed Ali, a resident of Seeranaickenpalayam.
Police sources also claimed that the man could have died a couple of days ago after allegedly consuming poison mixed with liquor. A case has been registered and investigations are on.
