LVB opens crown lounge at Puliyakulam

The Lakshmi Vilas Bank inaugurated a Crown Lounge at its Puliakulam branch today.
The High Networth Individuals (HNI) customers of the bank can avail the service in the branch. Currently the bank has four such lounges across the country.
Giving details to the media on this service, the managing director and chief executive officer of the bank, Parthasarathi Mukherjee, said the bank was focusing on providing specialised customer services. “LVB crown service is our strategic steps towards offering better customer services for our HNI customers. This is a new milestone in banking product differentiation, a result of the on going transformation,” he said.
The banks also plans to open more branches. “Last year we opened 50 branches and this year too the same number of branches would be opened. Funds will be raised through equity to open the new branches,” he added.
