Specialized app for gastro patients

Gateway Clinics, a Coimbatore-based gastro-medico-surgical health hospital, has launched an informative mobile app for the general public.
According to the chairman and chief laparoscopic surgeon of Gateway Clinics, Dr. K. Sendhil Kumar, the major features of the app include descriptive videos to understand the various laparoscopy surgeries, and a one-touch call and e mail facility, with time saving easy access to gastro-doctors.
“In total, the app will peel away the complexity of medical onion, layer by layer,” he said.
The mobile app is available on Google Playstore, and App Store for Android and Apple phones, he said.
