Two killed in bus accident

Two persons were killed and 28 others injured when the bus in which they were travelling hit against a wall of an under bridge near Pollachi today.
The bus was on its way to Pollachi from Sethumadai when the accident happened. The driver, while trying to overtake another bus at the under bridge at Srinivasapuram, lost control and dashed it against the wall. The deceased have been identified as Dharanipriya (12) and Mumtaz (55). The injured have been admitted to government and private hospitals in Pollachi, police said.
