Woman stabbed by eve-teaser in Madurai

A 20-year-old woman sustained serious injuries when she was stabbed by a person against whom she had lodged an eve teasing complaint a few days earlier.
The woman, residing in Melamadai, near Madurai, had recently got married. She had lodged a complaint against one Vignesh for frequently teasing her. Vignesh was warned by the cops.
On her way back from work at a dental hospital on Saturday evening, the woman was stabbed by Vignesh, who was lying in wait for her. The woman has been admitted to the hospital with serious injuries. Search is on for Vignesh.
