Saritha Nair, the prime accused in the solar scam involving former Kerala CM Oommen Chandi, has alleged that she continues to receive threats to her life, from the Congress party.

Appearing before the Coimbatore Court on Thursday for investigations, Saritha Nair also added that she had already submitted 90 per cent of the evidence against Chandi and his allies to the investigation committee that is probing the scam.

“I’m in depression as I’m being constantly troubled by Chandi’s allies. The committee should immediately conclude the probe and arrest him,” she said.

The hearing was adjourned to July 19.
