Construction worker injured in fall, dies

A 52-year-old construction worker succumbed to his injuries yesterday following a fall.
Rajendran from Seeranayackanpalayam was working in a private house when in a drunken state fell off the first floor and was seriously injured.
He was immediately admitted to the Coimbatore Government Hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.
R S Puram police is investigating.
