DMK stages protest against Assembly Speaker

Thanjavur: DMK cadres raised slogans in front of the Taluk Office in Orathanadu, Thanjavur district, today condemning the Assembly Speaker, P Dhanapal, for the week-long suspension of the opposition leader of the House, MK Stalin, and other party MLAs.
Led by the party’s Orathanadu union secretary, Gandhi, the DMK cadres raised slogans against Dhanapal and demanded that the suspension of all the DMK MLAs be revoked.
