India is the diabetes capital of the world. Obesity has not spared children. Early diagnosis and treatment can ensure that our children are a healthier lot. Understanding the need to monitor the health of the school children, Educomp Solutions Limited today introduced its Health Set Go programme here.

“The aim of this programme is to improve the overall health of the school kids. We have tied up with various city-based hospitals. Doctors and specialists from the hospitals will visit the schools and carry out a general medical examination.

All students in the participating schools will be screened. Through the detailed medical examination, doctors will bring to light signs and symptoms of diseases and disorders,” Roshni Nair, State Business Head, Educomp Solutions Ltd, told media persons.

“No student will be asked to visit a particular hospital. The idea of the routine medical health check-up is to only ensure that the school kids are healthy,” she added.
