Rotary Club conducts painting contest for school kids

In order to commemorate India’s 70th Independence Day, the Rotary Club of Coimbatore joined hands with Divyodaya Coimbatore, and organized an inter-school painting competition for school children.

The contest was held at Divyodaya. More than 450 students participated in the event. The theme for this competition was ‘Aspiring India on Move’. The contest was open to students from Lower Kindergarten to Class V. The participants were divided into three categories.

Rtn. Gurpreet Singh, President of Rotary Club of Coimbatore, along with the members of the club, and Father Anthony Kalliath, Director of Divyodhya, and the team were present.
