Bandh following murder of Hindu Munnani member in Coimbatore

Sporadic cases of violence and pelting of stones on busses were reported in several places across the Coimbatore district following the murder of Sasikumar, a member of Hindu Munnani in the wee hours of Thursday. The party has called for a Bandh . Police have been deployed in large numbers. While a few schools sent back their children, others are working as usual. Tense moments however prevail.
