It was an explosion of adrenalin for 25 participants as they got their bikes ready to go off roading under the guidance of renowned off road biker Murthaza Junaid today at Sulur. Murthaza took the enthusiastic riders—about 50 of them in the ages of 20 to 35 years—through the paces of body balancing, muscle memory exercises, momentum management and more.

The two day training session on off road bike riding was organised by the Triumph Tiger Trail bike brand. The terrain was designed to get best experience of off road bike, said Sarthak Daroila, one of the organisers.

The event was open to anyone, and some riders brought their Triumph bikes, while others were given Triumph motorcycles for the training and exploration.

When asked about safety of inexperienced drivers, an organiser Sarathy D said, “We make sure all participants have their own full face helmet, and riding accessories, and of course a driving license. Without these essentials we don’t allow anyone to ride.”
