T-20 championship for hearing impaired from tomorrow

The first South Zonal T 20 Cricket Championship for the hearing impaired will begin at the PSG Hospital Cricket Ground here tomorrow.

Organised by All India Sports Council of the Deaf, New Delhi, there will be 90 participants in the three-day championship.

Teams from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Puducherry, Telengana and Andhra Pradesh have confirmed their participation in the tourney, a press release from the Deaf Leaders Foundation here, the co-hosts said in a release today.

Other co-hosts are Tamil Nadu Sports Council of the Deaf, Chennai, Coimbatore District Association of the Deaf , South India Welfare Trust, Family Care and supported by Coimbatore District Cricket Association.
