As a result of the delay of the Lokmanya Tilak Express from Coimbatore to Mumbai (Train No. 11013) has delayed its pairing train by 19 hours on Wednesday.

It may be noted that rains and floods across Pune delayed the departure of the Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT) express from Coimbatore to Mumbai by as many as 4.15 hours on Tuesday. The LLT Kurla Express (Train No 11014), which was scheduled to depart from Coimbatore at 8.45 a.m., departed for Mumbai at 1.00 p.m.
The delay was also triggered by the late running of the pairing train (11013) LTT-CBE, by five hours. The LTT-CBE train was scheduled to arrive at Coimbatore by 8.00 a.m., but arrived at 12.10 p.m.
According to Railway Officials, since the timings of both the pairing trains were delayed, the departure of train no. 11014 Coimbatore Lokmanya Tilak Express, which was scheduled to leave for Coimbatore from Mumbai by 8.45 a.m. was rescheduled to 10.50 p.m., delaying the train by 19 hours and 5 minutes. And the pairing train no 11013, Lokmanya Tilak Kurla Coimbatore Express was scheduled to arrive at Coimbatore at 9.45 p.m.
Railway officials are fighting hard to make the schedules of both the pairing trains back to schedule and waiting for the rains to clear.
